Our Programs
We integrate an award-winning curriculum into your child’s day, and each of our classrooms (Infant, Toddler, Preschool and PreK) implement this plan on a daily basis.
Creative Curriculum™, OWL, and High Reach curriculum make up our early childhood research-based curriculum. Memories & Milestones Academy utilizes these three curriculums to stay on the leading edge of early childhood education.
Assessments
Individualized assessments are invaluable in early childhood education. At Memories & Milestones Academy, we implement our curriculum and then assess each child to ensure that we are planning age-appropriate developmental opportunities to meet their individual needs.
We encourage parents to attend conferences and participate in our assessments to help their child’s early childhood education.

TODDLERS
Our Toddler Classroom
We welcome you to visit our Toddler classroom to see toddlers learning self-help skills, singing and dancing, participating at group time, learning with all five senses, playing outside, mastering potty-training and exploring the world that surrounds them.

Toddlers are busy little learners! Your child will be learning so much in this classroom, and watching the toddler's personality evolve and forming long-term bonds is what our teachers love about their career.

Science and Technology:
Our curriculum focuses on living things, physical properties of materials and objects, and our earth’s environment and how we care for it.
Social Studies:
Our curriculum focuses on the study of people and the way they relate to others. The kids learn how to be researchers, critical thinkers, and active members of a classroom community.
The Arts
Our curriculum allows children to express themselves through the visual arts, music, dance and movement, and drama. As children draw, paint, construct, mold, sing, dance, etc, they make new discoveries and integrate what they are learning.
PREKINDERGARTEN
Our Classroom
We welcome you to visit our classroom to see learning, fun and growing in action! Here your child will begin new friendships, learn life lessons, challenge their mind and most importantly be safe and taken care of.
The High Reach curriculum (New Prague) or OWL curriculum (Belle Plaine) is implemented into each day here in our classroom. Both curriculums are award-winning and backed by extensive research. Our Curriculum aligns with Kindergarten expectations and our learning objectives focus on what is developmentally appropriate for each child.
We partner with the local Kindergarten teachers to implement their requests into our daily teachings. We really want your child to be prepared and succeed now, in Kindergarten and beyond. Leave the work to us, all meals are included.

SCHOOL AGE
Our Classroom
Our school-age children share a classroom with our PreK children. Although their time with us is short, we incorporate various activities into this period, including; outdoor play, sensory play, art, reading and writing time, educational computer games, homework help, etc. Breakfast and snacks are also included.
We also offer a non-school daycare. Children will have a fun-filled day, which may include; twister, card games, science experiments, in-house field trips, outside play, shark tag, video game day, cooking as well as various arts and crafts.
We acknowledge that a non-school day should be just that! Our goal is to make your child’s day loads of fun so don’t even realize that they are learning. Leave the work to us! All meals are included.
